This project delivers a comprehensive end-to-end investor event marketing campaign for the Richmond Estelar project across two major Asian cities—Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and Tokyo, Japan—with the goal of driving investor engagement and strengthening brand presence in both markets. By creating a seamless journey from awareness to post-event follow-up, the campaign generates qualified leads while supporting long-term business growth and cross-border investment opportunities.
The first phase focuses on executing integrated digital marketing campaigns across Vietnam and Japan to increase project awareness, attract qualified investors, and drive event registrations through targeted online channels.
The second phase centers on managing the complete investor event experience in both Ho Chi Minh City and Tokyo, including registration management, attendance confirmation, on-site coordination, and engagement activities designed to maximize participation and create meaningful investor interactions.
Based on campaign performance and event insights from both markets, the final phase involves post-event follow-up, lead nurturing, and performance analysis to strengthen investor relationships, optimize future campaigns, and create sustainable sales opportunities for the Richmond Estelar project.
